the rooms with good air conditioning. a wide range of products for a tasty and plentiful breakfast. location: particularly good and perfect, just next door to valbona, the lake and the mountains and the promenade.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed modern and huge rooms and welcoming staff. The room with good air conditioning. I had a pleasant stay in a long time.

Spacious rooms with awesome views and a nice setup with a table and chairs. The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from all the places I wanted to visit! 🙌

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location near the lake of Shokdra was absolutely perfect. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake from my room on the top floor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with good air conditioning to keep me cool. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it!

During our romantic escape, we were delighted to find a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. We were also pleased to discover ample off-street parking available. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding food - the chef certainly has a way with flavors! And the icing on the cake was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The location. While the hotel itself was lovely, the surroundings were not particularly attractive and there wasn't much to do nearby.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel with beautiful views of the lake. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, helping us with our bags. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the traditional Albanian breakfast with homemade jams and feta cheese. the hotel is also in a great location for a scenic 5 mile cycle ride along the lake towards the Montenegrin border.

The location of the hotel was surrounded by some less desirable neighborhoods, which made us feel a little uneasy at times. we did appreciate the fact that there was covered parking available for our car.

The family who runs the hotel was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the spacious and clean room provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. I also appreciated the option to hire bikes for free, which allowed me to explore the fine surroundings of the lake. I highly recommend Hotel Restaurant Univers for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located just in front of the beautiful lake with an amazing view. the spacious rooms have comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. the staff is very hospitable and helpful, even going out of their way to assist with finding a pharmacy and arranging for taxis. the breakfast is also a nice touch, with a variety of options available.

There is a lack of signage and explanation about certain aspects of the hotel, which can be confusing arriving late at night.
